• Our pricing is per plate.  It is flat rate with all taxes, gratuity, cooking on-site, and potential travel fees worked in.  We base this price on your party size and menu selections in order to ensure that we are passing on the best deal to you, our customers.
  • Since we cater events and are not run out of a restaurant, we do not offer tastings.  Feel free to check with our coordinator to see if we have an upcoming event that you would be able to stop in on, such as one of the many county fairs or bridal shows we attend, and have a sample.
  • You can pay with cash, check or credit card.  If paying with credit card there is a 3% charge on your payment
  • There is a $400 nonrefundable deposit required to secure an event date.  The deposit does go towards your total balance.
  • The deposit is required at the time that you sign the contract, the remaining amount can be paid up front or made in two payments leading up to your event. A contract must be paid in full 10 days before your event.
  • If your party headcount changes by 10 or more,  a new quote will be needed, and a final headcount is required 14 days before your event.
  • The price does not include us serving the guests. This price is for a buffet style service where the guests serve themselves.
  • We do not clear plates or tables.
  • We do not supply the tables or linens for the food.
  • We do supply any container the food is to be served out of.
  • Ozark Backwoods BBQ will allow food to stay out on the tables for the agreed upon eating time, then Ozark Backwoods BBQ will begin to clean up the area where the food is being served.  After we have cleaned up our area and belongings, Ozark Backwoods BBQ is free to leave the event.
  • We leave any cooked food for the bride and groom, or a designated person to take home.We supply zip-loc bags or disposable aluminum pans for you to take home any leftovers in.

  1. Take time to look at our menu page and figure out what menu best suits your party.  Feel free to create your own menu out of our options, or select one of our Customer Favorites.
  2. Call, text, or e-mail our coordinator, Karen Handy.  She'll need your menu choices and headcount to get your price figured out.  She can also help you with availability questions.
  3. It's that easy! If the price is right for your party, we'll work with your schedule to meet for a contract review/signing.  We're looking forward to hearing from you!
