We are happy to service to the greater Northern California area.  We also work out of  the Reno/Tahoe regions.  We are currently based out of Sutter County, CA.

Currently based out of the family’s Butte Star Ranch in Sutter, CA, Ozark Backwoods BBQ is a family owned and operated catering company. Offering the highest quality in barbecue meats, delicious sides and salads, and the friendliest customer service, we specialize in delivering you the best barbecue experience you can find.

Our MENU

From baby back ribs, baked and mashed potatoes, to our famous tri-tip, bacon wrapped asparagus and macaroni salad.  Cooked on-site and grilled to perfection, we’re ready to provide the menu of your choice at a taste and price you’re guaranteed to love! 

Dry-rub Baby Back Ribs

A secret, old family-recipe dry rub and the Ozark “low and slow” cooking process makes these ribs mouth-watering perfect. Crisp, caramelized bark with succulent meat that just about falls off the bone

Boneless Ribeye

Well-marbled, tender cut NY steaks, grilled to order

Tri-Tip

Marinated in our Signature Carolina marinade and grilled to perfection. Sliced in medallions, or paper-thin for sandwiches

Flatiron Steaks

Thin cut of beef, perfect for a dry rub or a marinade, quick char-grilled

Boneless New York Steak

Well-marbled, tender cut NY steaks, grilled to order

Cajun Andouille sausages, Sweet or Hot Italian sausage with peppers and onions, Polska Kielbasa, or good old-fashioned, all beef hot dogs

Juicy and delicious, slow cooked pork with our famous BBQ sauce

Boneless Pork Loins

Dry-rubbed, or in a variety of custom marinades, always cooked “low and slow” for that satisfying Ozark taste

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Sauteed asparagus in butter until it is crisp and caramelized and wrapped in bacon strips

Bacon Wrapped Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Marinated in our signature chicken marinade, BBQ’d just right, cut into small 2 ounce pieces, then wrapped in sizzling bacon strips

Sliders

Served on a soft, fresh dinner roll and offered with our signature tri-tip, boneless skinless chicken breasts or our mouth-watering, slow cooked, seasoned pulled pork

Boneless Tenderloin Skewers

Grilled skewers of tenderloin beef or boneless, skinless chicken

Homemade Chili

A real, traditional chili. Spicy red sauce with big chunks of meat. No beans

BBQ Beans

Smokey, sweet and perfect side for BBQ. Loaded with bacon

Skinless Twice Baked Potato

Baked Russet potatoes, filled with bacon, cheese and spring onions and baked again

Mashed Potatoes

Classic mashed potatoes, or served with a twist: Horseradish mashers and roasted garlic mashers available

Brown or red potato baked until they are soft all the way through and served with butter, pepper and salt

Covered with a garlic butter spread, sprinkled with parmesan cheese, topped with a slice of tomatoe and baked in the the oven (Must have oven at venue site)

Bowtie or fussili pasta, pepperoni or salami, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives and mozzarella cheese in an Italian vinaigrette

Chopped up broccoli pieces, mixed in with diced red onions, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, dried cranberries, and chopped nuts with poppy seed dressing mixed throughout 

Sauteed Vegetables

Fresh sliced squash, zucchini, sliced red onions and chopped asparagus, sprinkled with bacon bits while  sauted in melted butter
